Is there a special kind of insane for a person who hears her oven go "POW!", watches black smoke pour out from behind it, and just stands there wondering what she should do? I claim shock. LIFE
I'm going to put down my thoughts on my faith today. I don't remember a time when I didn't go to church. The first one I remember is the Episcopalian church. I think they might have done some of the liturgy in Latin. I was about three and I couldn't understand a lot of what they said. I also remember standing, kneeling and sitting a lot. LIFE
So, the thing is I haven't slept well in nearly two years. Though I've been going to counseling on and off for nearly four years, recently I've begun writing and I've found it's helping, at least minimumly with my sleep. Good buy
On Saturday I bought a dining table off of Craigslist to replace the card table I'd been using for months. It's a large, rectangular wooden table, and what a difference it makes! Baby it's cold outside!
Wow, it's easy to get into the Christmas spirit with all of this beautiful snow! There's more on the way, and the only thing I dislike is having to drive in it. I can't believe there are so many idiots still alive and driving. The fact that they have survived this boggles my mind. But apart from that, I'm loving it! When did I last post?
I am alive! Very, very busy. Here in NV we oftentimes don't trick-or-treat on the 31st because it's NV Day. Which also means we get a day off from school. Bonus! Yesterday The Heir and I were busy getting ready for Halloween. We carved pumpkins and finished decorating the house. I made a pirate ship out of a wheelbarrow and some cardboard. ( Read more... )
