fwiw, Jon Ralston of Nevada (he is considered very informed in Nevada politics) says the Heller seat is a blow out for the Republicans

Tunrout in Democratic Clark County is putrid (under 10%) in #nv02, especially for Dems. GOPers have 50%-33% in one area Dems should do well.

Same old, same old: Republicans had a 10-point edge Tues in #nv02 early voting in Washoe County. Only 3 days of early voting left. #endnigh

and 538 had an article today on the Weiner seat that says close, but still advantage Democrats

fyi...tweets from kos pollster ppp

My pretty straight forward take on the first night of our NY-9 poll: Dems in BIG trouble. It deserves the caps.

If David Weprin wins this race, he's going to win it in the final 5 days.

Indeed.

Pretty weird. There's no obvious reason for this that I've heard suggested. Both candidates have made gaffes. It's a D district. There could be some local dynamic that's not being well reported.

well, I have no clue and I assume it will still go D..some republican strategist tweeted ( i have no idea how true this is)

Would not surprise me if NY-9 went R. This area has been trending very R since 9/11 including a swing to McCain (!)
