I had much less need to keep hitting pause this time, because I've already gotten used to the "I'm watching new Sailor Moon" feeling. I did have to hit pause when it got to the transformation sequence. Possible vacation plans
As some of you know, the SO plays bridge. Bridge players have events of varying sizes which he likes to attend. There is one in Toronto at the end of July. If all goes according to plan, (although this far out who knows) we will be in Toronto for a week or so. The event is July 21 to 31. We have crash space sort of arranged. -

Too much Real Life
Since I last posted (in October? I thought I posted since then.) There has been much going on. DD #2's life changed the most. She began expecting her second child at the same time as one of her friends began expecting her first. Then the GS ended up in the hospital just before Christmas. He's fine. I took one of my Self Directed Furlough days today. So next paycheck will be small again, (at least I'm still getting a paycheck) but I got to sleep late and just veg today. Apparently I needed to get the stuff about investment guy out of my system. But I finished reading the new book in the Outlander series, An Echo in the Bone. The author Diana Gabaldon is of course on a book tour. The closest location to me is Washington DC, but those two locations are in the suburbs and I have no car. Cold, coughing and stressed
Still here. I've been battling my semi-annual sinus infection/bronchitis combo and trying to deal with mom's estate. Despite going through it herself when dad died, mom did not have a will. The surrogate's court ".. must be bonded..." My brother applied for bond. The insurance company turned him down. So we redo all the the paperwork that ( Read more... ) -
Sore tending towards pain
