I'd like to aim for 50 books this year. With grad school being as time consuming as it is, I don't think I'll be able to reach 70 this year.

I got this email from Emory a few days ago, but I ignored it as junk mail asking me for money. Man, I wish I never opened it. I'm sick over. It's good for people that are going there now, but what about people like me? People whose parents "made too much money" for qualifying for financial aid. Fun With Real Estate
Since Craig's in North Carolina, I've been really looking at real estate down there. These are some of my favorite. I'm in awe of how many new developments are being built. I'm torn on new homes.
