So, what have I been doing since my last post in the beginning of August? Well, I got a puppy. She's a white German Shepherd called Layla, and she's absolutely adorable.

More Writing Updates
Okay, so last night I was too lazy to write an update that I'd done my thousand words for the day, but never fear! I'm here to confirm that yes, I did write my thousand words. Also, I managed to write 1000 words today, with 40 minutes to spare.

Hello again! I have decided to post every day for the next 2 weeks with stats from what I'd written that day (or the day before, in today's case), with random stuff that pops into my head or whatever. This is supposed to be a journal, after all.

On Audiobooks
I'm currently listening to an audiobook of City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare. This is the first time I'd listened to an audiobook. Hell, the closest I'd come close to audiobooks was the radio show of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
I don't really like audiobooks, I've found. For a number of reasons.
