I haven't blogged in ages. And I haven't written in ages. Pretty much the only thing I have been doing is reading. Which I suppose is good, but not great

I'm forever making goals, but never actually meet any of them xP
I think I'm going to try a similar reward system. Generally bribing myself to write is the only way I get anything done.
Woo, the NaNo treatment is the perfect solution to everything! :D

I usually work best under deadlines because the pressure just gets to me, but I have no deadlines other than the one I gave myself, and that doesn't feel so intimidating. I need a figure of authority to set me a deadline or something XD (This would work fantastically if I had an agent :P)
I've tried bribing myself with a mini m&m for every 300 words I wrote, but found myself absentmindedly chomping on them halfway through procrastinating. :P

You can do it! Rewards are SUCH a good idea--I use that method all the time. Also, writing buddies help me get so much more writing done. If you're ever up for it, I'm totally down for a writing date. :-)
