In between coughing up my lungs today, I've been doing a little research on the Harry Potter theme park that will be opening in Orlando this spring. The Superbowl commercial piqued my interest in the park. This is a conglomeration of what I've learned so far.

Dragon*Con is a great big party, covering fandoms of even greater diversity than the San Diego Comic-Con. There are panels covering Star Wars, Twilight, Harry Potter, Steampunk, LARPing, astronomy, robotics, Joss Whedon, writing, and more, and this diversity is evident in the costumes of the attendees ( Read more... )
