what is it about being pregnant that makes all the other women who have been pregnant say "just you wait" and "you haven't seen anything yet"?
duh. like i thought this is as bad as it's going to get. can't i just express how i'm feeling now?

Had my first *real* midwife appointment today, and it was fabulous. She was thorough, attentive, and knowledgable. We heard the baby's heartbeat, and I called Dan so that he could hear it through the cell phone. We even heard the baby kick!
