If you are going to make a smaller batch, I definitely recommend frying:) We like this. The original recipe also had you serve this with a spinach salad, but we skip that part:)

We like this:) It reheats well in the toaster oven too. For a smaller batch (ie, when not cooking for an army) it's definitely better fried.

Geez, I had no idea this recipe was going to be so popular! Glad I've got everyone's mouth watering:) (And if you are doing a small batch, definitely fry it. It's just easier to bake it if you've got a ton of people eating:))

Even pan frying? That's what this recipe calls for. I don't deep fry. Too much work and too much waste.
