So I'm guessing only about a third of the remaining items on my music meme (see previous entry) will EVER be guessed. That's cool. (But there are definitely a number of things left that people have a fair crack at, and at least one I'm surprised no-one has yet). Sometime soon I'll post another one, skipping the really obscure songs and artists.

This played a huge role in my search for a grad school (basically, you don't even consider any place that isn't rated in it), and in a few years the then-current edition will play a big role in my job prospects. This has been a terribly stressful week for me owing to needing to get my thesis done. Now, I have accomplished a great deal on that score, but not enough. AARGH!
I wish it hadn't occurred to me that Veronica Mars was back on. Now I've dowloaded the three episodes so far this season and I have to wait two whole days for the next one? And a week a pop after that? Grrr. Aargh.
At least it could have sucked or something. The first season was brilliant, but with hindsight, the second was an incoherent mess. ( Read more... )
