They're changing my account over to a new one, which they will refund for the $59.95. The NSF charges indirectly caused by the unauthorized withdrawl have already been returned. When I told them the company in question was under investigation by the Florida attorney general's office, they quit asking questions, not that they were giving me that much trouble about it even before that. I won't have access to my money for a day or two, but after that everything will be back to normal and the scammers should be off my trail.

I'm so glad to hear you got that straightened out! You have clearly hooked up with a good bank.
Had to shovel the sidewalk for the first time today.
Its 7:17 and we haven't had any trick or treaters yet.

I haven't been keeping up with LJ at all - but this, at least, I heard about from Mom. Glad you're getting the money restored adn the account moved.

Considering my own phone gaffe the other month, and me knowing as much as I do about what scams are like (Though turns out Colin and Snopes were right; no charge ever came through because it only works on multi-line phones.) - well, we're getting a sort of all around Heikkinen Humbling.

Thyinnk it'll last any time whatsoever?
