Just what are you doing, JA....

What was supposed to be a time for me to research and look for textures for my Maya final turned into a blog-surfing quest. It's 1 am now and I think I'm definitely not gonna get anymore work done this morning. Great thing that concept art presentation got pushed a day up so I get a whole free day for Maya, since I always neglect this subject (but ( Read more... )

Thanks lots for your advise! Really appreciate it. I'm just gonna take it slow, and hopefully there will be serious progress by the end of the year! (My friend who brought me to my church will be returning from Aussie for her break and she has this expectation of me being properly integrated into the youth by december... Oh the stress! XD)

Also, am finally free for 2 weeks! *manic happy dance* :DDDD

Hey girl, sorry for checking your LJ so late! >Ouch, that's not nice huh? I know what you mean - despite being friends with some people in youth that I've known for a long time, sometimes their topics of discussion and their ways of looking at it are not what I can relate to. And I agree, I don't have the 'everyman' character like certain people have (Lyn, CH) either, which is something that they're blessed with, honestly! I guess the both of us just don't want to 'elbow' our way into conversations, but we don't quite want to be left out either ( ... )

Hey, thanks SO much for your lovely reply. Thank you for giving me comfort about this whole thing. I'm so glad that you and I are pretty much similar when it comes to communicating socially(though I think you're better at it than me lol), because you understand what I feel like and it's not simply sympathy. The "everyman" quality, to quote that phrase, is not something that I can just develop overnight, and I'm highly unlikely to ever get the grasp on it. I'm just not that person, I'm much more comfortable with one-on-one relationships with people that I have much in common with ( ... )

Aw, you flatter me too much. x3

Haha, I really don't think everyone has that kind of personality! I too prefer one-on-one time with others; it's more personal and you really get to know people better rather than bonding in a group. But sometimes it can't be helped...and sometimes, it's actually better to know people in a group. (hmm, I just contradicted myself.. ><)

You don't know how thankful I am to hear that! Hehe, relationships with guys for me are kinda hard too (especially if they're good-looking, a-hyuk *Goofy style* XDD). Don't worry about your facial expressions/vibes too much, just be yourself but a bit approachable la. Things'll improve little by little, and I'm glad to hear that you're bonding with them a lot more. *hug*

I cherish you too sweetheart! XDD seriously though, not everyone has the chance to have such close relationships like this, and the fact that I already have one with you is something to be very appreciative about.

Going to comment on your other posts too! Bye for now~ ;)
