I know I've barely looked at Livejournal in the past few months, but since not everyone I know uses Facebook I figure I'd better post here and let everyone know I'm going to Simon's Rock College of Bard in Great Barrington next year. I'm moving mid-August.

Today I missed my chance to see Sweeney Todd. I was told I had Spanish today, but it turns out it was canceled and I only found out after it was too late to see the show. Eric came over last night, which was awesome. I haven't gotten to spend much time with him since he started going to college. We watched "Grizzly Man" which was an excellent movie. Lately I've developed a fascination with proprioception proprioception and kinesthesis , two big and slightly synonymous words. I've set the goal of writing one paragraph of fiction a day in something that is completely and utterly non-obligatory. This seems pathetically low, but it is vastly better than I've been doing this year.

Does anyone have a copy of "Songs of Innocence and Experience" with the original illustrations they might be willing to part with? If not, does anyone know where I can find said nice copy? I kinda fell in love with Blake's poems and I want a nice and physical incarnation of them (take THAT Project Gutenburg).

Yesterday was the day that the Massachusetts legislator voted to decide whether or not the issue of banning gay marriage would be on the ballot. In order to help keep the damn ban off the ballot I attended a rally in front of the statehouse. I also bought and distributed a hundred munchkins from Dunkin' Donuts to other people at the rally.
