went to court on wednesday to waive my right to a jury trial, which my lawyer and I both agreed would be taking to much of a risk with my pending charges; however my trial will be end of this month beginning of next so I could be in jail before my birthday. I lost today in my hearing. So now I have to go to trial. The judge was close tho to making the decision so thankyou to those of you or wrote me letters to those of you that didn't one letter could have made the difference so thank you so much ...

I just wanted to say congrats to Danielle for landing the teaching position in VA! I'm excited for you!!

I haven't updated in awhile although I really don't have much to say. I need gallbladder surgery and I set the date for June 4th.
