quick update
went to court on wednesday to waive my right to a jury trial, which my lawyer and I both agreed would be taking to much of a risk with my pending charges; however my trial will be end of this month beginning of next so I could be in jail before my birthday. My lawyer assures me I won't be found guilty and Jake is going to testify on my side to assure they can't find me guilty but I'm still scared!!!!
