Over the course of the past month and a half, there have been bodies showing up with strange markings. They've all been random as far as we can see and there are never any witnesses. At the request of Lex Luthor, I went and got a sample of the comatose Harvey Dent's DNA. The GPD forensics team examined it for me and they found something interesting and surprising. The match to Harvey Dent turned out to be negative and instead another dossier was pulled up.

Last night, at about 12:45 AM, we got a call from Harvey Dent's cellphone. It was an emergency call to Ms. Rachel Dawes' house. Apparently, Harvey Dent is still alive and well. Not only that, but he sent me some kind of apology cake. I'm not sure what the hell to do with it. Barbara would have a heart attack if she saw it.
