I am fat. :( Last week I weighed myself in a mall after paying 25 cents. My parents were with me then. I just gained over 10 lbs. :((( My belly is ugly now. I need to go on a diet. It will be extremely hard over the next few weeks when I have snacks from home to finish because half of it can't last that long ( Read more... )

Pick up some whole wheat bread and some lean cut meat and a few veggies to make sandwiches for lunch.

Never been a fan of sandwiches, but still I ate them for lunch when I was student and when I was unemployed. PB&J! >o For the same reason I didn't like Subway much, but I went there today to grab a 6 in. sweet onion chicken teriyaki on toasted garlic(?). ^^;

Thanks for the suggestion. Problem with buying bread and using them twice a week means putting them in the freezer. :/ Maybe I should make make more of it and bring them for lunch during the week...

You can toss veggies and top them with some meat. If you buy a rice cooker with a "resting feature" you can always have rice too like the Japanese and it can last a few days. :p You can combine rice with anything. ^_^

You should join me at consider going to the gym again more often. ^^;;

And I agree with chibi_nasu and nakaemi that sandwiches and rice are good for keeping weight off and yet feeling full. Alternately, you could eat only one slice of pizza for breakfast and dinner, but that's not very healthy...

Yes, you're. Now you have to be on diet until the end of times to have a thin frame. Workout a lot and burn yourself on your work but you can't sit down. On another thought some people said to love the lovehandles. Either way is your choice.
