How do you persuade a toddler to 1)eat food, and 2)eat fast? I just confirmed that i will really really need to acquire a taste for blue cheese. Costco had some cheese samples today. Needless to say I took advantage of free food and confirmed what I had already suspected from past experience. Good to know.

The 24-hour restaurant Denny's offered free breakfast on Tuesday. I tried but there was such a long queue that I didn't bother, but the guy giving out waiting tickets to everyone gave me a raincheck that doesn't expire until next Friday. Yay! Happy Turkey Day! I was invited to a Thanksgiving lunch. It was fabulous. I ate turkey with stuffing and ham and cranberry sauce and had pumpkin pie and some home-made cake for dessert. I'm definitely getting fatter with all the delicious food I'm enjoying back home since a few days ago. Delicious but unhealthy. ^^;; I'll regain all the weight I've lost through my diet, plus more. Time to hit the gym after I get back.

I need to lose weight. I got a brochure about dieticians at the gym on Sunday, but the consultation fees are expensive. I shudder to think how much their weight loss (20-20) program is. >.< I think it's cheaper to find information online and maybe get a personal trainer to tell me the routines I should do at the gym. I'm aware that chicken soup is good for when one is sick, so while I was still sick last weekend (but getting better), I bought some ingredients and made some quick chicken soup.
