I need to lose weight. I got a brochure about dieticians at the gym on Sunday, but the consultation fees are expensive. I shudder to think how much their weight loss (20-20) program is. >.< I think it's cheaper to find information online and maybe get a personal trainer to tell me the routines I should do at the gym. The rest is all willpower and commitment. I have been trying to eat low- and non-fat foods but that's not enough. It'd be good to lose 20 lbs in the next couple of months, though going home in summer and eating all the yummy foods I miss would ruin everything. ^^;;
