I need to lose weight. I got a brochure about dieticians at the gym on Sunday, but the consultation fees are expensive. I shudder to think how much their weight loss (20-20) program is. >.< I think it's cheaper to find information online and maybe get a personal trainer to tell me the routines I should do at the gym. I've dropped a lot of weight pretty quickly by switching one of my meals to a nutrition shake and by reducing my cola intake to about once a week. Even things as simple as parking further away when you go places so you have to walk a bit more help a lot, too.

That reminded me of how when I stopped eating sweets, switched from sugar to Splenda, and stopped cola altogether I lost a lot of weight on just months. Now, I really have to control my sweets intake again. ^^;;;

20lbs is quite a goal, although I have to admit I dropped from 150 lbs to 116 lbs in less than 6 months after having returned to Japan with newborn Ai. Still, it required lots of willpower. I was on a roll with the exercising stepper. lol
