Work is making my brain ooze out of my ears. It's been almost 2 years of entering payments and running bills. The first year was trying to fix the wreck from the people before me and trying to figure out the software. These days, I'm usually done with my work for the day in 10-20 minutes. Lesson plan help
I need some help coming up with an idea for how to do something. I'm trying to write a lesson plan about finding the speed of a spinning asteroid. I want to spin a potato and have students take pictures of it and find it's rotation speed. But I need to figure out how to make the potato spin. Peach Sale!
The Nursery School is selling peaches again. They come tree-ripened from an orchard in Colorado. Incredibly delicious. It's $25 for a 20 pound box. My stupid teeth
For a couple months, I've known that I had a cracked tooth. I would think every night, "I need to call the dentist tomorrow". But I would forget until the next night. Until it broke last week. Her education continues
Invader Zim was on Nick today and McFussiePants caught a few minutes. I found her hiding under a blanket with only her eyes showing. I asked her if she wanted to watch something else and she said "No. More this." So I put in the dvd's thinking that maybe it won't be so scary if it's in context. Got a blood test for arthritis today. The joints in my right hand keep swelling up and hurting everyday. The only skill I have left is to sit on my ass and work a computer. I hope I'm not on my way to loosing that ( Read more... ) -
My boss is loosing faith in me
My boss told me today that he wants me to give him a list every day of who I've billed. He doesn't trust that I'm doing it fast enough. And he asked me "do you need any help?"
