I'm So Bored!!!
Work is making my brain ooze out of my ears. It's been almost 2 years of entering payments and running bills. The first year was trying to fix the wreck from the people before me and trying to figure out the software. These days, I'm usually done with my work for the day in 10-20 minutes. Even when the bosses have come up with some crazy changes and are making major changes to the billing, I can be done in 1 hour. I'm bored, my office is hot, and the bathroom reeks. The boss has been pretty busy, so at least I haven't had the frustration of him being around.
I hoping that I'm only going to be there another 6 months max. But until then, I need to find something to occupy my mind. I need something that looks kinda like work and can be abandoned quickly when real work shows up. If I flaunt my lack of work, they might try to come up with something to keep me busy, and I'm really not interested in that.
Anyone checked out MIT Open Courseware?
