My brain and body are lagging behind and it is the sheer force of willpower alone which has brought me this far this week. I just made myself pan fried salmon, marinated in lime, garlic, ginger, cumin and coriander with a side of broad bean risotto and salad. What did you whip up for dinner? LOL. I've been suffering with a blocked bathroom sink for the longest time. I've sunk one and a half bottles of thick bleach, and quite a few tablets for de-lime-scaling your toilet boil, down those pipes over the last few weeks but it was just getting worse. I was lucky enough to score a free meal at Mango Tree so long as I observed some restrictive criteria and jumped a few hurdles. I had to be in and out before 8pm and stick to their set menu.
