I went to pick up my new glasses at lunch (drove 20 minutes from Mason to Kenwood), and they looked great, but they were fitting a little loosely, so the woman was adjusting them for me. And they are correct. I just got the number of the damages for Gordon, a 10 year old Honda Civic. The damn thing took $1845 worth of damages, and they didn't total it! It's 10 years old, has 2k of damage, and the insurance company still thinks he's worth fixing ( Read more... )

Not only did I leave my wallet (my BRIGHT GREEN wallet, no less) at the Melting Pot Thursday night, but at some point I also lost my gorgeous new red leather Franklin Planner and a binder for work this weekend. This morning has SUCKED, even though I was off work. I saw two different ducks that had been hit by cars. If you're driving by a lake that is home to lots and lots of adorable (but not that bright) ducks, SLOW DOWN. It's not that tough.
