Easter was lovely. I had the day off on Wednesday and used it to try out a new recipe for the Thermomix. (Links to the Australian site as their is no English language Wikipedia article) I really want to use it more. My sister decided to become a consultant for it. Fangirling and the takoyaki project
aya_3003 and dragon_soda visited me yesterday and we had a lot of fun. And it will certainly happen again. Maybe we will be even watching something together. :D

I still remember two years ago, when I first heard about the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Recovery is still slow in some towns and villages. Keeping my fingers crossed for more progress.

Started changing my living room by getting ridd of a lot of burned CDs and DVDs. Mostly VCDs of old TV episodes. Now I still have a stack of CDs that I want to put back on the computer. It's going slowly. But that's to be expected and I didn't have much time last weekend because I had Excel and Power Point lessons on Saturday ( Read more... ) -
Board Games
Our board game meeting yesterday was very enjoyable! We were supposed to be 11 or 12 people but a few had to cancel in the last few days, so we were left with 7 people.

I've made a lot of bread and dips today. Three breads and four dips.The fourth bread I made on Thursday and it is getting a bit stale already. Will meet friends for some board games today and volunteered to bring bread and dips instead of making a salad like I usual do. I hope everything tastes good as I tried two of the recipes for the first time ( Read more... )
