seems like it's gone by slow and then again, i'm not sure i'm ready for it either. Had our baby shower last weekend which was AWESOME. We are so fortunate that we have family and friends that love us, and baby, as much as they do. We really don't have to worry about buying much of anything. Things are going pretty well these days. J started school back up about 2 weeks ago. Feels weird to have him going to classes and I'm not :( Not that he won't make friends there, but it's still weird and sad. His classes seem to be less challenging than last semester so that's good. It's been awhile, so much has gone on. Baby's fine and well, getting bigger and kicking harder lol. Work is work, glad I'll get 12 weeks off that's for sure. Stressful time of year is now when fiscal year is almost over and audit comes up. Just have to get to December 1st lol ( Read more... )

On top of the day to day BS at work and having no staff either, baby news wasn't good at first either. to all you dads out there! Went to the Tigers game with J's family. It was nice to see his dad enjoying himself---can't be too much of an easy life for him. Could feel the tension in the air as well. Strained relationship with the rest of his family, minus 1 sister. I know he misses his nieces and nephews, so seeing them today had to feel good ( Read more... )
