(no subject)
It's been awhile, so much has gone on. Baby's fine and well, getting bigger and kicking harder lol. Work is work, glad I'll get 12 weeks off that's for sure. Stressful time of year is now when fiscal year is almost over and audit comes up. Just have to get to December 1st lol.
Baby shower is planned and ready to go. Mom's gettin a little overboard, but it'll be nice i'm sure. It'll be nice when it's over and we can get the baby's room situated and have everything ready. Gotta come up with a name by then at least.
Family drama is outrageous. Makes you so drained in every kind of way...it really just makes me sad more than anything else. People that have low self esteem and no self worth are the saddest people. Spending their whole lives cutting people down just to make themselves feel better. It's so sad. It's even worse when its your family. I don't understand why they can't be happy for because you're happy and not try to ruin it to make you miserable like they are. It's ridiculous. It's such a ploy to ruin our relationship, and it's not going to work, but the things that are said still are hurtful and hateful. Just is so depressing at a time when we should be happy and excited about having a baby, not dealing with all this emotional drama. Hopefully, it will get better.
Cousin Richard and his wife had their baby on the 15th. A little boy. I can't picture my little cousin being a dad, but.....I'm sure he'll do good. My uncle died when he was very young, so I'm sure he's excited to have a little boy of his own. Jamie and Shannon are having a girl, tentatively. Baby is a little camera shy so, they should know for sure pretty soon hopefully. She's due around Thanksgiving. I hope all our kids can grow up closer together than what we did. We'll see. We're kinda spread out geographically right now, but we can make the effort I guess.
