The last two days have been bad. I can't really remember what I had but I remember I had a takeaway last night. I tried to be good though so I had a mixed vegetable curry with some boiled rice. I could probably have made that myself but err I didn't have ANY food in my house. hence takeaway ( Read more... )

8th Jan:
I can't bloody remember what I ate this day

9th Jan:
Breakfast: One boiled egg
Snack: Handful of grapes
Lunch : Chicken ham sandwich and anothe boiled egg
Snack: slices of apple equivilant to half an apple
dinner: Rice with "choi" (greens), Tofu fish, spam and egg, potato and tomato soup.
