You should put the bananas and fruit riiiigghhhttt next to the chocolate and whenever u have a craving , take the fruit instead!!
tis what i do...which means i get bucket loads of fruit cos i have cravings like every 5 second!...oh and those "fitnesse" cereals..r they good?...they look so digusing, no offense

From what I gather those fitness cereals require you to not only have 1 bowl for breaky but 1 for lunch too, this is for those that need to reduce their calorific intake. Still won't work alone without exercise.

Try not to skip meals as it slows your metabolism down. Check the sugar content of caprisun its probably through the roof.

I never knew skipping meals slows down your metabolism, ill keep that in mind...eating or drinking apples/apple juice helps your metabolism, go apples!
