Just stuff at home. I got this page from a magazine to tone ure legs and arse and basically u do lots of squats and knew lifts and stuff like that so I been doing that and reading texts at the same time.
Plus badminton every Monday. It's very good.
cept now that I do this excercise makes me wide awake and I can't sleep! haha owell. I won't do it at night no more!
