I get to keep my job at the bookstore past christmas time and into the year. That means no more Sobeys for me! I'm putting in my two weeks TODAY and I am thrilled.

One of my eyes opens wider than the other and I can't make them more even. I look like I'm permanantly drugged up. I just noticed this recently, although it's quite noticable. Now it's all I notice whenever I see myself. I mean.. other than my dashing good looks that make up for my gimpy eye. LALALALA.

My first shift at the bookstore was pretty so-so. I think that'll be okay. The Smoke Shop at Sobeys is also so-so, but still so much better than being out front on cash. I'd like a job where I have nice conversations about stuff, with people who I like to talk to ( Read more... )

I just got hired at Smith Books / Indigo in Sunnyside Mall! At least for Christmas time anyways. So I'll be working the two jobs over christmas break and then one or the other afterwards. Hopefully the bookstore, if they'll keep me. Not that I don't love Sobeys ( Read more... )

Best feeling ever is coming home after writing an exam that you think you didn't fail, and then realizing that you have nothing due tomorrow morning and being able to waste time, guilt free.
