Tequila Night Three / Brendan's 19th Birthday was a grand success. I fell through a hole in the deck where a board was missing and have an awesomly large bruise from my hip to almost my knee.

Peter is a very good teacher. I really, really enjoy his class. We sat through a three hour long drawing critique, which is a fucking loong time to talk about eachother work, and I didn't even ALMOST fall asleep. THAT'S how good he is. Alright. So I went to a work meeting for the front end staff at Sobeys thismorning, that is the baggers and cashiers. It was probably the most intense thing EVER. Cat fights, yelling matches and fits of rage and jealousy! I work with some INSANE people who take their job WAY to seriously. It was the most entertaining part of my entire week. Ah.. first day of classes.
I had Survey of 20th Century Art, and Intro Studio Drawing. Teachers for both classes seem very in to what they're teaching, and are mildly to very funny, which is helpfull. I went to the studio last night with Dan. They wanted some suffering-girl-whispering in the begining of one of their songs. Conveniently for them I was there, and I'm a girl. So basically, once they're rich and famous, they're going to owe me a large chunk of money for that.

I have to vacuum within the next two and a half hours, but the vacuum is smoking slightly, smells like burning, and is spitting shit out instead of ... vacuuming. Too bad ( Read more... )
