To be honest, I can't really remember a whole lot, but I think that a criminal of some sort was placed under "citizen's arrest" by me, Otacon, Raiden, and Kyle.

It started in a bar, that much I remember.

One of the lesson plans I have for BioMech's involves enduring an incredibly boring lecture working with different types of energy storage--from Biochemical to torsion springs, the same kind found in windup clocks. Sound like it'd be workable?
