    It's pretty scary that I weight 62kg when I woke up in the morning! That's pretty close to what I started off with!
  • 1/2 sticky rice and chicken
  • A cup of tea with skimmed milk
  • A bowl of tom yam suhun
  • Some mango ice
  • 1/2 cup of plum juice

    Went to have breakfast with one of my best friend that had a break from her job. I was so busy talking to her I turned the wrong side, so we went to the food court instead.     I wonder why did I can't get over my 60kg and Googled it. Turns out our body will adapt to our diet in 7 to 12 days but will still lose weight if you don't give up. I do wake up from my nap weight 59.8kg, but I turned into 61kg after I had some food... I've been gaining weight easily than I used to be these day.

    Gained so much weight today! I never seem to be able to pass 60kg...
  • A roll of shrimp stick sushi, 1/2 roll of egg and shrimp stick sushi, 2/3 roll of egg sushi
  • 1/2 cup of coffee
  • A bowl of miso soup suhun with curry pork

  • The sushi ruined me even thought they're not tasty at all... I never knew that miso soup has much more calories than tom yam even ( Read more... )

    When my dad's home, I tend to eat a lot... I tried to limit myself just to taste the food without actually eat the whole thing. Didn't make any coffee for myself today and just drink a bit of it from my brother's cup since I'm eating so much today and I've ulcer ( Read more... )

    My diet officially started a week ago, but my first post is today. LOL.
    So far I think I have lost maybe 0.5kg since I started my diet plan. (I don't have the weight measure thing, so I can't give the exact figure)
    I cannot remember what did I eat last week, but I remember I worked out A LOT than I normally does :)

    Mom bought KFC when I woke up from my nap... I did eat the whole chicken breast with skin but I count my calories. After KFC, most of the food I ate shouldn't be necessary, but I didn't ran over my calories count. A few more and I'm below 60kgs!

  • 1 KFC chicken breast
  • Some chicken breast
  • A bit of fishes and beans
  • 4/5 Yakult
