I wonder why did I can't get over my 60kg and Googled it. Turns out our body will adapt to our diet in 7 to 12 days but will still lose weight if you don't give up. I do wake up from my nap weight 59.8kg, but I turned into 61kg after I had some food... I've been gaining weight easily than I used to be these day.

Gotta change my eating proportion. I think that I'm feeling full easily these days.
