jinggle - Day 12

I wonder why did I can't get over my 60kg and Googled it. Turns out our body will adapt to our diet in 7 to 12 days but will still lose weight if you don't give up. I do wake up from my nap weight 59.8kg, but I turned into 61kg after I had some food... I've been gaining weight easily than I used to be these day.
  • 1 shrimp stick
  • Tom yam suhun
  • 1/3 cup of strawberry yogurt drink
  • Some tofu with soy sauce, chicken and onion
  • 1/2 cup of coffee
  • A bowl of spinach soup

  • Gotta change my eating proportion. I think that I'm feeling full easily these days.

    Current weight: 132.87lbs
    Yesterday's weight: 134.26lbs
