My diet officially started a week ago, but my first post is today. LOL.
So far I think I have lost maybe 0.5kg since I started my diet plan. (I don't have the weight measure thing, so I can't give the exact figure)
I cannot remember what did I eat last week, but I remember I worked out A LOT than I normally does :)
