I am sorry I have been so remiss in keeping my blog updated, but fear not, I wasn't completely idle this whole time I have a few Gordon Ramsay dishes to post, though my journal entries will be somewhat lacking in content as they were done so long ago. I simply cannot make risotto

Okay epic fail this weekend!
I don't know why I cannot make risotto. Maybe I am just impatient I don't know. I must have cooked this barley risotto for over an hour, used a ton of chicken stock and it was still undercooked.
Worse yet I overcooked a $60.00 piece of prime rib.

After my last two posts I know I will need to start having a bit more energy. I really just wanted to get them down so I could start my next exciting venture into foods I've never seen let alone pronounce.

I can hear my daughter holding down her stomach as I inform everyone what this nights dinner would be. I was going to do braised chicken legs and peas and onions. Very few people in my family like peas.

Sometime last week I had decided that I woul step out my box just a liitle. And do some shell fish.
