Peas???? Do we have to?

I can hear my daughter holding down her stomach as I inform everyone what this nights dinner would be. I  was going to do braised chicken legs and peas and onions.  Very few people in my family like peas.

There just something so yummy and seasoning meat and when the oil just gets to the right temp you hear that sizzle and then within secoonds the whole house was filled with the loveliness of the smell of olive oil, garlic and fresh organic thyme.

Long story short this one was fairly easy quick dish to fix and defiantly I will do again.  I don't think I've ever had more tender chicken in my life. It litterally melted off the bones.

This weekend my daughter surprised me with a small set of cream colored dishes with a thin platinum ring to encourage me to keep up the good work. And I do struggle with the plating, so variety will be nice. Thank you lovie
