help with picture coloring OTH S1

Hi again,

so I need a help please with finding the right coloring for pictures of OTH S1. they are so blurry & you can see all the pixels & I try to make an art but I just can't find a way to smooth the pictures & color them nicely,

I'll appreciate the help from you talented people ,

so heh...somedays are quiet days . it's funny .
