help with picture coloring OTH S1

Hi again,

so I need a help please with finding the right coloring for pictures of OTH S1. they are so blurry & you can see all the pixels & I try to make an art but I just can't find a way to smooth the pictures & color them nicely,

I don't know if this is the kind of coloring you're looking for but maybe it'll help a little. I tried a few other ones but it didn't work very well. I hope you use photoshop. I suck at writing tutorials so I uploaded the psd.
