help with picture coloring OTH S1

Hi again,

so I need a help please with finding the right coloring for pictures of OTH S1. they are so blurry & you can see all the pixels & I try to make an art but I just can't find a way to smooth the pictures & color them nicely,

if you want just something pretty simple, one curve layer can do wonders: download.


or you can try this tut but with this cap you posted I suggest you lower the contrast first (to around -20) before you start the coloring.
