It's a very quick development -- said pattern only takes about three hours to establish.

Room 17 (Not a basement.)
There is a Sheila, in her own room, which makes sense.
What really sort of doesn't is that she seems to be actually staring off into space and thinking, which is a seriously rare event. Usually she's staring at something and thinking.
She's watching the door out of the corner of her eye, which is possibly foreshadowing and possibly just -
