Wow, I just got back from my meeting with Susan Spangler. I was not really given the answers that I wanted to hear. While the homes that The University of Charleston owns are considered "on campus" and meet the requirement for the Welch Colleague Scholarship, UC refuses to rent to students or parents of students.
