Original Request (and Fill) : http://hetalia-kink.livejournal.com/10960.html?thread=22264016#t22264016

For all your collective Hetalia Chara *** actually was a Girl/Boy needs...

Whatever Hetalia Chara of your choice (or more then one) is actually a different gender from what he, she or it is commonly thought to be.

Extra bonus : I would love to see somebody who is NOT one of the Usual Suspects starring. (This is just a bonus request - I'll be happy to see any charas in here, really)

The Wall - Part 1 anonymous October 29 2009, 19:30:34 UTC

A great roar went through the crowd.

The Wall was coming down, and nothing and nobody could stop it now.

Ludwig pushed through the crowd as it surged forward. The Wall was going down, the people from both sides breaking it down, piece by piece. Though not literally, of course - not yet.

And now to - get on the other side.

He pushed through the stream of people coming his way, trying to get up on the Wall.

"Hey, here!"

Oh, a ladder. And -

"West Berlin, are you all right?"

"Don't worry, Vati. Just go!"

He patted his (sort-of) daughter on the head, then climbed up the ladder while she held it still. Where, where - Yes!

She was watching on as her people surged over the Wall, in a very old-looking military coat, red scarf fluttering in the breeze. Her hair was down to her shoulders, longer then he'd thought it would be. His breath caught in his throat as he saw her.

And then she saw himLudwig saw her eyes narrow, and then look at him with a hint of puzzlement. He scrambled down the Wall when he saw her turn away, heedless of ( ... )

The Wall - Part 2 anonymous October 29 2009, 19:34:35 UTC
Ludwig watched on in some dismay as the woman in front of him seemed to stop breathing.

"...The Deutscher Orden, that is - well, that's his current name, anyway..."

Breath in, breath out. Inhale, exhale.

And then the woman raised her head. Her eyes were crimson, now, instead of a deep grey. Ludwig felt his heart stutter in his chest. Yes!"Oh, ho - the miraculous shrinking Gilbert, is it. - Just how big is the bloody bastard now, by the way ( ... )

Roughly a decade later, Ludwig was woken up to the sound of a certain elder sister of his laughing her head off in the kitchen.

"Wha...What?"

Berlin came out of her room, rubbing her eyes. Not West Berlin or East Berlin any more, but just one Berlin. Ludwig sometimes wondered if she missed being twins, but had never asked. She did have both sets of memories from the time she'd been divided, that much he'd heard, but...

Maria pointed at the newspaper, wordlessly. Ludwig craned his neck.

The German chapter of the Deutscher Orden had declared bankruptcy ( ... )

It was an interesting read. A bit confusing, but interesting nevertheless.

I liked it.

I've got a question though, is Maria Brandeburg? It would make sense given that Brandeburg was incorporated in Prussia and that East Germany covered most of its area.

Baby Gilbert = LOVE

Yaaay, Thank you very much!

About the Brandenburg thing, though, that part is a wee bit complicated.

I've posted a Brandenburg and Prussia story in this series (...It's a series? When did that happen?) over here.

And yes, Baby Gilbert is really interesting. I might write more about him, if I can...
