Room 512, Thursday afternoon/early evening

The room looked empty. It wasn't of course; Spock's things were still there, but all of Momoko's posters were down, her books and action figures and DVDs were gone, her desk was empty. Moshi, his carrier and a couple of carry-on bags were all that were left. Even the aquarium and her monstrously ugly AWESOME pink bookshelf had been packed up and

Spock wasn't sad. Really, he swore. Vulcans didn't do sad. He was merely...not looking forward to the change in his routine and environment (although if Vulcans did religion, he would be thanking God the pink bookshelf was gone). Yes. That was it. Definitely.

...okay, he was sad. But good luck getting him to admit it. "I trust you will remain in contact," he said to Momoko upon his return to the room.

"Of course!" Momoko looked up with a smile. She was totally going to miss him! Despite being so different from each other, they had actually gotten along really well! Or, she thought so. She at least considered them friends!

"You'll totally be tired of hearing from me, trust me. Especially if you don't reply. I may get worried and come back to check on you." Fair warning, Spock.

"I will be sure to reply to all communications promptly, then," Spock said, both because it was the polite and proper thing to do and because, "It would be unfortunate to pull you away from your studies unnecessarily."

"It wouldn't be unnecessary if something was wrong." She pointed out, not really worried. "But you know me, I would totally be willing to leave my 'studies' if needed."

"Even if not needed!"

Scully swung by, hands in her pockets, looking rueful. "Will you please be careful in the future? I hate to think of you getting hurt and not going to a doctor."

"But how can I go to anyone else?" Momoko jumped up to glomp her, chuckling. "You're my doctor-person! I'm totally spoiled for anyone else, now!"

Scully sighed and hugged her, petting her hair. "Then call me, and send me a snapshot of anything too bloody. Or bruised. For crying out loud." She shook her head. "Or just call, even if you're not hurt."

"I'll always call, don't worry!" More chuckling. "And I'm totally teasing, Scully. At home we don't have nearly as many dangerous monsters and my 'headquarters' is the National Laboratory. After every mission, we can go back and take baths and have tea and eat and get checked out."

That was, of course, in Tokyo City. If she was in another world...

Lion-o was already pouting before he got to Momoko's door. "Do you really have to leave? I hate having to say good-bye to people," he said.

Momoko crossed her own arms and faced him with her own pout. "If you're pouting, I totally can't hug you properly."

Lion-o sighed and tried to not to pout. "This summer just went by too fast. I can't believe you have to leave already," he said.

Momoko grinned and moved to hug him. "I know! I totally don't want to go! But I'll visit! And you still have to keep your promise to take me to see your Lair, remember!"

"I'm very disappointed," a voice announced from the doorway.

Unfortunately for Jaime, he was bad at keeping a straight face about that kind of teasing.

"Me too!" she sighed dramatically, teasing. "Wait, what are we disappointed about again?"

Jaime wasn't doing a good job hiding his grin. "That you completely forgot to call me to help you pack."

Duh.

She snorted lightly. "I've been packing all week! You totally could have stopped by and helped, you know."

[robinthefrog]

Robin took a break from packing for COLLEGEOMG! to call Momoko.

[And Leda would get back to her just as soon as she finished being held hostage and able to check her e-mail.]

Momoko's phone was playing a riff from one of Robin's songs! She rolled quickly to answer it. "ROBIN!! Hi! I missed your party, I'm sorry! Was it fun? I got into a handwavy packing and cleaning frenzy and TOTALLY fell asleep after. HOW'S COLLEGE!!!!"

"I don't know yet, I don't leave till tomorrow." Robin laughed. "The party was great! All my uncle's friends were there, including some of the famous ones. Oh and Billy came. Did you ever meet Billy? We met a Muppet Shark named Sophie, she was lost."

Momoko frowned. "Billy? No, I don't know him. Maybe he was here before me? Did you help Sophie find her way? Where was she trying to get to?"
