I've never gotten around to watching Gilmore Girls but the gifsets I've seen on Tumblr have made me curious.

Should I watch it?

I'd appreciate any and all advice, considering it's seven seasons long.

Have started watching The Wire this morning.

Three episodes in, I can already tell that I love all these characters, and that I'm going to have a very, very hard time sticking to my one-disc-a-week rule when watching TV shows (don't spoil me).

I didn't like what TPTB did in seasons 3 and 4 of The West Wing, so I stopped watching after Red Heaven's on Fire. But then, a friend recently gave me her S7 DVDs so I could watch the last few episodes of the series.
