BURNING DOWN THE HOUSE
There are so many regional stereotypes in the Philippines, from the kuripot (stingy) Ilokanos, to the malambing (sweet) Ilonggos, to the mayabang (flashy) Kampangans. Both my parents are from Pampanga, and besides being mayabang (I think that only applies to the males, no?), the women are supposedly very good cooks.
