I think about music that was 50 years old when I was born, and... well... let's just say it didn't have the same staying power. -

I guess I also missed out on mentioning that this weekend is VR furry con weekend (http://furality.online). I've been meaning to try one of these, and it's only $15 for the base attendee pass, so gonna give it a try. Looks like they have a pretty good schedule. -

Birthday stuff and Garmin being awesome
Pardon this somewhat commercial post, but I felt that I had to share that when I had some issues with my "smart pedals" on the bike, as well as having some issues with my fitness watch, Garmin went through a reasonable evaluation checklist to confirm it was in fact broken, and then sent me back "new" replacements for each ( Read more... ) -

It's been a while since I voiced my feelings on how much I hate the concept of NFTs and SaaS and for that matter cryptocurrency. Not hate as in "don't understand" or "it's new and disruptive" but hate as in "I've thought it over because I have half a brain, I can see where it's leading, and it's a terrible place."
