Below is listed every single completed SSHG story I could find between 40,001 and 100,000 words posted between July 21, 2007 and July 21, 2008. I don’t mean to exclude any author or story, so if you know of a completed novel-length SSHG that was posted during the first year of the post-DH era not listed here, let me know.
I put a star next to the ones I personally liked (I tried all below) and otherwise noted those recognized by awards and rec sites like Quill to Parchment (QtP), Know It Alls (KIA) and crack_broom, as well as the sshg_awards to highlight those that you might find worthwhile checking out.

There were four novels I enjoyed this year, and two of them featured a lot of humor: wolfmoonshadow’s Persona Contrara and mundungus42’s The Blameless Vestal’s Lot. Both novels were incredibly imaginative. Blameless Vestal teeters on the edge of crackfic, but has its sober moments too. The zany Persona Contrara most definitely is crackfic, and if that's not your cuppa you might find that offputting. Both novels owe their existence to the sshg_exchange. For a year that suffered from plenty of angst-fests in fics as we made our peace with Snape’s “death” (note my quotation marks... *wink*) the leavening humor was all the more welcome. Although lulabelle72's Jitters also featured a lot of welcome humor amid romance and mystery, and I was absolute charmed. My favorite novel of the four I starred on this post. I also enjoyed fervesco’s Destiny's Secret. It is SSHG and Snape/Lily-fully. And in a manner I can’t tell you because it would reveal too much, but that makes sense of some contradictions in Lily’s canon character. I truly enjoyed this yarn, and the way Fervesco played with canon.
I searched through FanfictionNet, AdultFanfiction, The Archive at the End of the Universe, Skyehawke, Fiction Alley, Restricted Section, Granger Enchanted, WIKTT Archives, Ashwinder, The Petulant Poetess, OWL, Digital Quill and the sshg_exchange.

There were four novels I enjoyed this year, and two of them featured a lot of humor: wolfmoonshadow’s Persona Contrara and mundungus42’s The Blameless Vestal’s Lot. Both novels were incredibly imaginative. Blameless Vestal teeters on the edge of crackfic, but has its sober moments too. The zany Persona Contrara most definitely is crackfic, and if that's not your cuppa you might find that offputting. Both novels owe their existence to the sshg_exchange. For a year that suffered from plenty of angst-fests in fics as we made our peace with Snape’s “death” (note my quotation marks... *wink*) the leavening humor was all the more welcome. Although lulabelle72's Jitters also featured a lot of welcome humor amid romance and mystery, and I was absolute charmed. My favorite novel of the four I starred on this post. I also enjoyed fervesco’s Destiny's Secret. It is SSHG and Snape/Lily-fully. And in a manner I can’t tell you because it would reveal too much, but that makes sense of some contradictions in Lily’s canon character. I truly enjoyed this yarn, and the way Fervesco played with canon.
