Superman ice cream is composed of the flavors lemon (yellow), blue moon (blue) and red pop (red).  I had no idea...though I mostly taste the blue moon of the three flavors.  Yum.

Today is Chicago's 38th Pride Parade and this will be my fourth time participating in the parade with my friend Eric, who works with Roosevelt University...which has been the only university thus far to have a float in the parade.  We gave out magnets the past 3 years, and this year it's bracelets.  I'm curious to see how many I'll end up wearing ( Read more... )
